Here are the steps for online donations, after you click the above "please click here":
1. Complete Donation Form and click Submit.
2. Review Confirm Your Order and click Submit Donation. This takes you to the first Shopping Cart Order page.
3. To Donate by credit card: On the Shopping Cart Order page, click Continue (near the credit card icons) to enter credit card billing information. After entering billing information, click Review Order and Continue.
To Donate by PayPal account: Login using PayPal login email ID and password.
